I so wish we had them here. I would be inspired to write so many haikus about them. Is the plural of haiku haiku or haikus, the latter just looks wrong.

I’d be sad if we didn’t have them; they’re funny little creatures, but they can be destructive too.
I looked it up, and haiku is both singular and plural.
