We’ve started avoiding all media on TVs and devices at least an hour before bed, dimming the lights and only doing a bit of light reading. It’s working a bit better for me, but sadly, Kev is still really struggling.
Sometimes you have to pick up a lot of stones to find a gem now and then.

Yep, you got something. It can be hard sometimes, but that is also part of the fun, scraping the last scrap of inspiration from somewhere.

Have you tried these heavy quilt blankets that help you sleep? My daughter got one at Christmas, and her sleep hygiene has improved immeasurably.
